I find that is soon as I go ...You know, it's funny. I find that is soon as I go outside of eating things that I know EXACTLY how many calories there are, I struggle. I was doing so well all week, loosing a few pounds and then yesterday I had lunch in at work and dinner out with my son and BOOM add a pound! Like, you, I felt like I was making good choices (eating only the turkey and veggies from inside the sandwich, no bread, then chicken and string beans for dinner).<BR/><BR/>I'm convinced that there are a lot of hidden calories in most food we eat out. Sauces, spreads, oils they are cooked in, etc.<BR/><BR/>But what to do?<BR/><BR/>Hang in there, man.
